Judicial intervention- need,  limitations, desirability ,effects , results ,compulsions,ambit,inaction of other limbs,  is the new subject that need to be vigorously debated across the nation among all groups of people openly,critically and all stake holders must participate even if it involves a departure from old system, etiquette and values .
