We know the act of rapist and we punish him. The act hurts and is punished .
What is the harm if we can know the mindset of the rapist . We can identify others of same or similar mindset. Mindset pollutes  and corrupts . It breeds the act.
Are we punishing the act and defending the mindset ? Are we encouraging the guilty mindset ?
