Always have a routine and a time table. Let the two fail but you must have those even if you are past those. Re-draft those and keep them side by side those which could not be achieved.

It is always requested and important not to set goals unrealistically high. It is important to set goals one can achieve. Set goals which can be foreseen and navigated by you.Write goals down.Keep goals small and always update.

Achieve the gals and enjoy them .Draw satisfaction.Take the time to enjoy satisfaction of having achieved the goal.Absorb the implications of the goal achievement,and observe the progress you have made towards other goals,
If the goal was a significant one,reward yourself proportionately,appropriately.
Failures to meet/achieve goals do not matter as long as you learn from them. Feed lessons learnt back into your goal setting mechanism.
Remember too that your goals will change as you mature. Adjust them regularly to reflect this growth in your personality.
