Whether views of a judge would prevail over the collective wisdom of 800 strong parliament or say of  a legislative assembly. Should the appointed judges rule this democracy? Whether advocates in India were recognised by the Britishers for their empirical- colonial laws and to  spread of crown majesty among the poor masses. Whether advocates or lawyers or barristers ever cared for the poor or always cared for their professional gain at the cost of litigants by pleasing the crown  and even causing harms to Indian Natives.
