What makes them feel supreme or Judges' Judge.
“The elevation to the high office  simply turns turns their head. They seem to prefer the pomp and glamour of their office and the social life around it, than delivering judgments, which could have given credit to him. They give the impression of being a ‘Judge’s Judge’, quite contrary to the fact that they are only astute politicians who knew which side their bread is buttered,”

Supreme Court judges  as well High Court Chief Justices' Court in the 1990s and beyond are simply burdened under the load of public interest litigation (PIL) or special leave petitions (SLP), some with no merit at all, allowing little or no time for  regular appeals or legal matters.
