Law alone cannot constitute,govern or lead a state .Leading a state only by law and not by wisdom is not healthy.
In order to govern and get governed,trust has to be reposed somewhere.
All cannot be doubted at a go .
Everything cannot be thrown by a stroke of a pen.
Trustworthy wisdom has to be found.
Do not disbelieve all and everyone at a time.
