Judges must not form and express opinions over political controversial issues nor on individual crime scenes until and unless it is really personal or it is a part of their jurisdiction and official duty.  Not even by implication.
Judges should be public only on academic issues, personality development issues, legal thought and philosophy issues, pure literature, spirituality and never on any individual fact based issue.
Judges speak on facts only when it is a part of their jurisdictional duty.
Judges learn to cap themselves.Judges never burst , never in public or in air. Judges feel and analyse but retain that, save that in a separate coded file access to which is denied to public and press until and unless  the same has the sanction of their jurisdictional duty.
