Judges and their family members at all level are under tremendous pressure- at lower level it is in-house as well out-house pressure that plays havoc- but then the other level judges in-spite of their best intentions, integrity and wisdom suffer the worst and that too alone- none to stand with you or the judge. Judges at lower level care more , suffer more for the over-all reputation of the system but the biggies never take note of that. Even some high-spirited lawyers also suffer for being fair and for the system and face same pressure but they also go unsung, unlamented.
