SIR,
Most humbly and beggingly I am compelled to weep out as following-----
  • Why there are two standards of law -
  • Society serving law and Individual serving law -
  • MACRO INTERPRETATION and micro serving law evaluation,
  • Apparent substantial compliance taken as legally sufficient but when it comes to the biggies immediately changing scales of interpretation.
  •  IS IT FAIR ON THE PART OF LAW -BIGGIES ?
  •  Palkiwalas, why do not cry in court for millions of KADRA PAHADIYA ---- ?
  • Ex ATTORNEY GENERALS why your wisdom works after a SIX or SEVEN FIGURES SAMARPAN-------?
  •  Bar Council Chairmans- Please- WHEN a nation wide strike of lawyers is called where is my fundamental right as a citizen to consult a lawyer of my own choice- or of being interrogated in the presence of my lawyer, or of being defended by a lawyer in a court of law or in a police station Sir,
  • Whether your legal right or professional interest is really bigger then my FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT or THE HUMAN RIGHT Sir,
  • No fundamental right has been declared dependent on any other professional save and accept Advocates professional service ,
  •  and I have searched Advocates many a time in INDIA and I FOUND THERE IS TOTAL BREAK DOWN OF LEGAL SERVICE GRID OF INDIA because of ADVOCATES POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA AND THAT THE ENTIRE JUSTICE DELIVERY MECHANISM IN INDIA HAS BEEN OFFERED A PAID NON WORKING DAY_ COURTESY ADVOCATES POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA Sir ,
  •  most painfully and respectfully I have to inform you that my Fundamental Right passed away the day when all the Judges did not work due to strike call by LAW_ BIGGIES.
  •  I have further to inform you that all these days the POLICE -BIGGIES , and BUREAUCRATIC -BIGGIES had thrown a GALA-MAXI- FREE FOR ALL MERRY MAKING PARTY
  • but I could see it only from a lock up where I was given third degree in open view for 48 hours and then was paraded WRIST TIED HAND CUFFED FOR A GRAM PANCHAYAT TRIABLE CIVIL MATTER
 Long live our PREAMBLE Sir,
I am Your most low paying capacity Citizen of INDIAN DEMOCRACY
