Evolve a system that speaks, works, responds and not those persons that have to speak or perform.
Person specific perception should be avoided. A self propelling system that carries the driver also and the passengers also must be developed.
Give yourself the system that makes you to perform and hard presses you to go on working or you are liable to fall.A system wherein all the components have to perform and the non-performer is tracked immediately is the crying need in India.
Planning and management is the foremost priority of judiciary. Judges must be judicial managers, administrators, planners.
Separate Judicial management special cadre with specific law oriented management skill and people friendly  planning skill and uniform judging patterns across the Indian territory be developed.
Let us start with a daily routine, to do list and targets, timetable shared with all the stake holders.Let us start with time management and ensure minute to minute productive use and investment  of available judicial time (hour)
