Justice is the social aspiration since living beings formed groups. We have been talking  about  justice  since  time  immemorial  without  even  a  standard  vision  for  justice.  We  don't  have  any  definite  concrete  idea  of  justice  that  can  be  shared  by  all.  The  prevalent  idea  of  justice  is  either  personal  or  State-based.  Everybody  has  his  own  definition  of  justice  which  suits  him  and  him  alone.  Generally  speaking  I, U  and  HE  all  talked  about  justice  for  me,  mine  justice  and  nothing  else.
                It  has  rarely  been  defined.   Kings  abstain  from  defining  justice,  laws  don't  have  a  definition  for  it.  Philosophers  are  really  divided,  and  philosophy  is  horribly  liquid. Contradicting  individual  frames  innumerable   time  frames  and  geographical,   climatic,  demographic,  biological  cut  throat  diversities  and  human  psychology  that  is  basically  ego  based  make  it  further  difficult  to  spell  out  the  concept  of  justice  with  real  clarity.
               Talking  of  Judges.  They  claim to  be  fountain  of  justice  that  too  for  society  and  others  but,  quite  often  make  castles  in  the  air  everyday,  destroy  it  themselves  claiming  it  ugly  and  create  a  ghost  again  labeling  it  justice  only  to  be  disowned  the  other  day.  Constitutions  after  constitutions  are  adopted  but  with  the  change  of  political  philosophy  these  are  changed  like  kings  dress.  You  can  see  patches  of  justice  which  are  used  to  decorate  it  Kingly  dresses.  Any  cracy-  demo,  aristo,  bearueau-  all     avow  in  the  name  of  justice  poles  apart  from  justice.
      Justice  for  hungry-  perhaps  a  bread.  Justice  for  an  old-  perhaps  a  stick. Justice  for  child-  perhaps  his  mother.  But,  these  all  change  very  rapidly.  Perhaps  law  of  diminishing  utility  applies  to  justice.
          What  upholds  the  society  is  justice  and  the  time   for  which  the  society  is  held  right  is  the  life  of  justice.  Proportionate  social  reaction  to  absolute  personal  expectations is  justice.
           Justice  is  never  a  law  alone.  Justice  is  the  destination  for   law.  Law  is  only  a  tool  not  justice  in  itself.  Sometimes  law  is  the  cause  of  injustice.  at  times  there  may  be  justice  without  law.  Law  is  not  the  source  of  justice.  Law  may  be  KINGS'  whim  for  JUSTICE  not  the  social  prudence  for  justice.
  Justice  is  very  close  to  the  word -JUST- still  closer  to  word  stick.  I  combine  these  two.  Justice  is  just  stick (STAND RIGHT).  Everybody  everything  to  stand  right  to  its  own  space.  Perhaps  that  is  the  concept  of  justice.
        Objective  understanding  of  what  is  right  stand  is  justice.  The  more  this  understanding  is  subjective,  the  more  justice  is  slapped  on  the  face.
  Generally  speaking,  Justice  is  often  haunted  by  individual  subjective  approach.  Even  the  society  which  is  quite  often  really  fragmented  has  subjective  parameters.  each  has  its  own  vices.  Prejudices  loom  large.  Interests  have  to  be  served  at  any  cost.  If  this  is  the  scenario  where  will  you  get  asylum  for  justice.  And  the  last,  I  will  stick  for  or  defend  myself  tooth  and  nail.  In  this  situation  Justice  is  the  first  casualty.  Justice  asks  for  tolerance.  It is  one  of the  foremost. ingredient. Rational ratio and proportion is another ingredient of Justice . Equality of opportunities and deliveries are prerequisites for justice .
