In the last 67 years India has done tolerably well at least on political and constitutional parameters.
Despite all criticism, Indian Judiciary should be appreciated for BASIC FEATURE JUDGEMENT.We have a few black spots also but then these are the hiccups of an emerging state. We have lived up till now fairly well. We are carrying our constitutional vision slowly but steadily. We are still a young state.
