I pay respect that I am supposed to show to my seniors as and when required. I need not be nor I am supposed to be reverent .I have to be courteous but not to be flattering.I have to be smooth but never oily or slippery.I have to be honest to my duty, karm , dharm, and not to be loyal to individual. I must not be rough but I am not supposed to be sweet for some favour to me.
After all I have to be something more than a bare chair. I must have something more than power emitting out of an office.Let erudition be my power and wealth.
