You may seek help of STATE LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITY and impress upon them the need for such awareness,suggest these awareness camps at district level ,can identify them through local chamber of trade,commerce, Industries ,Can seek help of Industries Deptt, Engage with at least two of lawyers in each district and so on for spreading IP awareness .
