Do something to have separate IP instrumentality under law and justice deptt and finance ministry. Let there be an IP directorate and intelligence bureau,IP ED, IPDT---- IP concept if made reality would earn revenue for individual and nation,It would contribute in a big way in national wealth 
creation.
Softwares for this field are improperly priced and some are not really common user friendly.Some are confusing. Some are not properly and adequately programmed ,at least in Indian Scenario
