All designated senior advocates should be mandated to ensure their appearance in a district court once in a month. Every such advocate must visit a different district each time an must not visit the same district for next twelve months. More than one advocate may visit the same district at a time but all must submit their individual reports. This will be a step towards Judicial Reforms in India.
They may be requested to submit a report about over all health of judicial -legal -infrastructure,resources,and demand/supply,quantityand quality of legal knowledge, of justice and standards thereof and a further projection after their visit. They may be requested to send their reports with facts and figures directly to Supreme court and forward copy to state Govt , Central Govt, Bar Council of India and State.
Is would help the would be judges in understanding the system.
It would further help the different stakeholders in joining their minds - heads - souls together and draw a comprehensive picture of the justice delivery system .
This will be a useful connect .
The feed-backs thus collected can be digitalised, can be fed as basic datas and further informations about JDS can be generated.
This may be the service expected from a lawyer who deserves a declaration of his capability by Judiciary
and
in recognition of his services he maybe reimbursed his to and fro Travelling charges with a token honorarium and professional freedom to appear in private brief ,if he so chooses.
