IP concept has not been sold effectively, fruitfully ,demonstratingly , to Indian micro-innovator,entrepreneur nor the legal or moral aspects of infringement has been discussed really freely . IP is a word an average Indian comes across rarely- even in the markets- perhaps till recently never in colleges, not taken in good sense in district courts , never heeded to by plice officials even of SP ranks- cost of raid , inventory is very high both way - Infringement is present everywhere but none taks serious of that . We need to organise camps that Right To body ,Right to Tangible Property are well and good but foremost is the right to Intellectual Property - that is the real national worth and though that we can earn from all over the world. IP transfer, transactions are real earners for the nation. Let Ip be included in the school curriculam. Teach the new generation that an investment of a few years to create IP and a further invest in seeking Expert of the field services is a very comfortable career and adventure.
