Law, legal face and courts are the integral part of IP world. Describing ,distinguishing, making ,ascertaining , creating of IP is specialised perhaps scientific area but that too requires skill as laid down in law , discussed in various legal forums. Patent office , IPAB,UPSTO all are creation of law. TRIPPS ,WTO, all are like law . IP field is not away from law but is aspecific branch where scientific knowledge is always an added advantage
