The Indian post 1947 politicians were never caring for victims, they themselves reaped dividend out of loopholes in procedural laws, and Bar---- always breeding so called great defence lawyers ready to sacrifice even the victim Nation, society or individual and never respected state as they never did before 1947--------and the bench - only busy declaring a procedure directory and , grow every other day---- never relying the bottomline of judiciary-------- well the legislature and executive to be assisted by ill trained working law expert and putting their head always without even a decade long vision what to say of a dream for a century and always trying to either avoid Constitution or to stick to it but never allowing Constitution to walk, grow-  We the people have been kept away from Law, Lawyer, Legal System. Justice in India is available on demand only to a very few countable counts. We the People have to be satisfied by  snail-speed prejudged coloured feudal justice where every other is waiting -when he will get frustrated or how he can be gagged or how to get him surrender his worth- this way or that way. Even one thinking the other way is odd man out.
