As
we continue down the road of our own journey which is now fairly
varied, first experience with legal, judicial or academic outskirts
-ambience,, we are encountering a number of other firsts. We have been
learning how to interact with other in-house stake holders or out-house
forces, how to share, how to navigate new fears and feelings.
Most notably, we learnt the art and science of inter segm...ent-co-ordination as our first lesson.
Further chapters on the same subject appear to be end-less.
We have been in denial mode for some time, resisted too much and our
monitor consistently exhibited the message shamelessly-" Not Programmed
For ".
We were not even ready to identify or acknowledge that our
Reject key was on or was too fast, but our teachers seniors, instructors
have confirmed it.
Whether we still continue with our rejection keys on?
It started when we would talk about a particular subject, person or
situation or system. Otherwise we had a fairly operational "accept" key
but once we started journey in-house and found ourselves in the system
itself our questioning soon turned to extreme shyness or fear or phobia
whenever if either we ourselves or our colleague mentioned or posed a
question or if any question was posed to us or any one of us.WE would
immediately throw our hands up saying “be quiet!! Don’t SAY that!” or
some other conversation-halting phrase. End of discussion.
