A few decades ago we as a society resisted Trade marks and copy-rights, still to-day we do not think high of those who assert their Trade-Mark -Rights or Copy -Rights and courts or police in India do not come promptly to control the infringements of these rights- even to-day those who assert their rights as a writer, composer, singer etc are not taken in healthy esteem- We have never encouraged IP... creators nor do we provide stimulant for IP entrepreneur- to know IP law is one thing, to fight tooth and nail for IP awareness is different. We do not have Indian IP Vision For next 50 years. We fail to understand that IP law is not mere law but IP declaring factory, recognising mechanism and an independent production process that can independently contribute to GDP of the nation
