Only IP entrepreneur knows the entire teething pain, the other odds and lastly how SC is going to decide. Of course investment, confidentiality and ultimate risk factors are always there. We have in India few IP savvy brains, fewer technocrats, still fewer professionals and hardly any one in legal field , none in judiciary. But the new generation will fight against status quoist mind set.
