Howsoever great a Judge may be,he must not inject his political ideology or other individual subjectivity through his judgement, especially if he is at the top of the ladder.
If he did it, he wronged against the constitution and his oath. Declaring law of land is an onerous duty and must be discharged with clean head,heart and hand without political ideological malice.
