If you want a positive change in our justice delivery system- you must change the mind set of advocates, from adversarial court system and procedure to re-conciliatory format of justice and inject this concept in the minds of people.
Bring them all out of this court system and procedure.
Have exclusive civil dispute resolution system where one can pay and get a final declaration at his choice of time. If the two sides are uneven - due to any sort of disability an institutional back must be provided to the weaker side to the extent that both stand on same floor.
None should be allowed to enter court system at his wish, whim or under compulsion.  Every litigation should be examined vigorously in other formats of dispute-resolution. An institutional back up must be there so that any person or body under any form of disability is not gagged, or overawed or treated with contempt or unfairly.
State must  raise such protection institution at its own cost and it must be really well trained, equipped with all the resources to work like justice-hospitality center and it must reach to one an all.
If we overlook the civil dispute resolution mechanism , we take risk of destroying our whole structure and we are leading ourselves to anarchy.
