We have a right to be governed by a govt of our choice,that is democracy. We have not opted for aristocracy. A democratic govt may be the wisest on earth. But that is a govt of our choice-We elect our government. We did not adopt Judgocracy. Judges should decide the cases brought for adjudication before them. Judges never govern or rule or dictate the democracy itself. Even the wisest on earth cannot assume power of governance in democracy without a nod from the electorate.
Let nothing flow beyond constitution. Let nothing be extra-constitutional. Let the will of  We The People as democratically decided and reflected prevail and let not only wisest one assume all the commonsense,
Let us believe the will of We The People as democratically exhibited.
