What is the exact shape ,size and extent of my legal right of private defence of my IP Property or we have not yet ensured right of private defence of IP Property.
Suppose my research paper containing my research,or a process details ,or an experiment by me , or a confidential IP disclosure,or a patent-draft ,patent-application ,or researched prototype is perilously invaded - what I can do at my own end on the spur of moment to defend ,protect,preserve my property from invasion.
Do you say , I am helpless.
