Only trial court judges face the raw expectations, actions ,reactions of all the stakeholders of this gigantic justice delivery system.
Only those ground level judges are witnesses to the professional language of the raw litigant and his almost trainee lawyer.
They ,see,understand and handle all the tricks played by the different stakeholders.
They face the,outburst of the different stakeholders.
They really face it , taste it ,try to rise up to the competing expectations under the immediate pressure of all the stakeholders, that too almost without any or little assurance of safety, security and dignity.
They are the only lot who decide, (each time they deliver a judgement), against a person in the physical presence of a litigant who is never ready to hear a verdict against him
