Every judicial order is judicial only because it describes the facts, mind , logic, reasoning and law behind what is being decided and then decides what has been or to be decided.
A right to know what has to be explained and to whom ,an opportunity of being heard and a right to know what has been decided and why, is the soul of justice . Absence of these can be any thing but justice for the condemned .
