Had we been really enthusiastic about our compliances ,had not skipped them knowingly, the health of our nation and country would have been much healthier. We are a country of non compliers. We earn through skipping compliances. We wait till we are asked and grilled to explain. We still treat state as our enemy.We do not share state concerns or collective concerns rather we take pride in violating state norms .
