Judiciary would not drive the state or nation or its people but would certainly regulate the traffic , challan the overloaded , speeding , show the right directions , parking slots , zebra crossings , the signals and those only one way and dead end....

It has a duty , authority and obligation to say, call or even shout , " Halt ", "No ", "Out" , "Not Out" , "Bad Light- No Play "
