I have been a judge and an advocate . Advocate for long 14 years . Judge for long 19 years . Ground realities that the law agencies face or the judges face is different . I have seen whole bar behind most dreaded accused and advocates escorting accused as private security men just to prevent interrogation of the accused in police custody by the police .
The same bar had other argument when the victim was a member of bar . Arguments are on record to support two different view .
