Now every news , news reporter and news channel , news paper , Institution in India appears to have a colour out of two. Earlier there was only one colour. The other colour was conspicuously absent. Now the other is trying to show its presence , assert itself and trying to make its presence felt.

It needs also to be added that nothing ever was projected before us on these subjects as indicated. As stated in the outset we did not have the benefit of a discussion inter-se on which the desirability of going into these aspects may have been gone into. The majority has expressed views thereon without alerting counsel appearing and others concerned. A lot can be said against such views of the majority out for the present the comment be kept reserved. I would rather desist conviction on the subject and prefer to remain advised. So, in my view, on this aspect, the opinion is obitor. Consideration on these points was wholly unnecessary on the rigid terms of the reference. For such view I am with respect in disagreement with the majority.
541. On the question of justiciability of the Judge-strength, I have nothing useful to add.

While parting with this opinion, I join hands with my learned brethren in recording my sense of gratitude to the galaxy of men who addressed us at the bar in this venture, which could aptly be called a labour of love, and to have enlightened us on the subject with their professional skill, analysis and wisdom.

नई पीढ़ी से मैं तो बहुत कुछ रोज सीखने की कोशिश करता हूँ,
नहीं समझ में आता है तो भी कोशिश करना नहीं छोड़ता.
वे निसन्देह मेरे से बहुत जिम्मेवार पीढी़ के है , बस मेरे बाद बहुत तेजी से आये विकास एवं परिवर्तन के कारण मुझे अविश्वसनीय रूप से चकित कर देते हैं और मैं उनको अभी भी पुराने फ्रेम में ही देख रहा हूँ, आज से ४०-५० साल पुराना फ्रेम वस्तुतः पुराना और अनवर्केबल हो गया है , इसे मैं मानने को तैयार नहीं हूँ यद्यपि कि महसूस तो करने लगा हूँ.
चलिये देखता हूँ कब तक इन नये सभी को मेरी पुरानी पीढी की उपेक्षा से मुक्ति मिलती है.
क्या मैं अपने धकिया दिये जाने तक उनका विरोध करता ही रहूँगा . क्या वे सचमुच मेरे से सम्मान पाने के अधिकारी नही है

We have a right to be governed by a govt of our choice,that is democracy.
We have not opted for aristocracy.
A democratic govt may not be the wisest on earth.
But that is a govt of our choice-We elect our government.
We did not adopt Judgocracy. Judges should decide the cases brought for adjudication before them. Judges never govern or rule or dictate the democracy itself.
Even the wisest on earth cannot assume power of governance in democracy without a nod from the electorate.
Let nothing flow beyond constitution. Let nothing be extra-constitutional.
Let the will of We The People as democratically decided and reflected prevail and let not only wisest one assume all the commonsense,
Let us believe the will of We The People as democratically exhibited.

History is past and past has to be researched and fixed.
Let present happen and proceed as it happens and grows. This is not the stage everyone should poke or know Present has some compulsions that past does not have. Present has to grow. Past has to be read , analysed researched , reconstructed and fixed. Past has already been owned. Present has to be built and to be won and owned. Please bear with the passage of present that may not always be convenient for all at every point and in every respect.

Most of them take confusing nomenclature and do not serve the purpose in which they are classified. Internet contents are developed with oblique purpose by crooked minds also.There are organised effort in this domain to pollute out of whim, sheer foolishness and even accidentally or through real innocence. Sheer commercialization is yet another problem. Several unidentifiable forces compete in this domain . Some of the forces are present with a defined agenda , but not known to the user.
Young minds , hearts are easy preys.
Exited and ignited minds are also likely to be trapped.
Instinctive moments can be identified on internet and even the purest or the best can fall in their clutches or contents developed for those moments.
Students, researchers may come across incorrect contents.
Most of the contents have been uploaded sans recourse and none is ready to take the risk and responsibility.
Users must be very selective , cautious and must use their sharpest possible prudence while going through or relying on internet content or uploads.
It is really difficult to be safe , correct ,pure ,useful on internet - whether it be surfing , downloading or uploading, sharing, blocking, deleting or editing , saving or programming, testing , running , linking , interlinking or segregating.

एक चिनीमट्टी का २८ रूपयें का चाय का कप पिछले तीन साल से चाय पी रहा था , निसंदेह अच्छा कप था ,सुन्दर भी था -- आज एकाएक साफ-सफाई के दौरान काम करने के क्रम में मुझसे टूट ही गया - क्या करूँ - अपने आप को कोसता रहूँ - भारी नुकसान हो गया - मैं देख कर , संभल कर साधारण काम करने की स्लईयत भी नहीं रहता - मैं निहायत निकम्मा हूँ , मैंने अपने ही नुकसान कर दिया - मैं लापरवाह हूँ -मैनें जान बूझ कर उसे तोड़ दिया क्योंकि वह कप मेरी श्रीमती जी को प्रिय था - मेरे ससुराल से आया था इस लिए मुझे मोह -ममता नहीं थी -----
कितने आयाम हो सकते है-----
यदि यह कप मेरे डोमेस्टिक हेल्प ,या पड़ोसी के बच्चे से टूट जाता तो
आखिर इतनी बड़ी घटना नहीं थी की उसपर पूरा एक अध्याय लिख ही दिया जाये .
जीवन में बहुत बड़ी बड़ी घटनाएँ होती रहती है -- उससे आगे बढिये
इस कप की डिजायन कैसी है ?इस तरह के प्रश्नों में कितनी देर उलझना है यह तो आपको ही तय करना पड़ेगा

टूटा हुआ फेंक दोगे तो बात नहीं बनेगी . क्या नहीं टूटता है ? .टूट फूट तो हर समय हर जगह हर चीज में लगी रहती ही है .प्रकृति भी बिना तोड़े फोड़े ,बिना छिन्न भिन्न किये कभी भी कुछ भी स्वीकार नहीं करती .तृणचारी , हो या जीव भक्षी - सभी बिना तोड़े फोड़े कुछ भी ग्रहण नहीं करते. सृष्टि की समस्त रचनाएँ तोड़ फोड़ के बाद बने जोड़-योग -संयोग से ही उत्पन्न है .
टूटा हुआ बचा कर रखना ,सम्भाल कर रखना .नई रचना के लिए वही आधार होगा . जो कुछ टूट गया वह सब ब्यर्थ चला गया , यह विचार सही प्रतीत नहीं होता .
टूटे हुए को जोड़ लेना ,जोड़ देना ,उपयोग में ले लेना ,उपयोगी बना देना ,टूटे हुए को नई उर्जा के साथ ,नये उत्साह के साथ खड़ा कर देना ही पुरुषार्थ है .
जीवन में कुछ भी अखंड नहीं है .यह जीवन स्वयं एक श्रृंखला ही तो है ,अनंत उर्जा भंडारों का योग ही तो है .छोटी छोटी साँसों को जोड़ कर ही तो बनता है यह जीवन .पुरे जीवन के विचार एक बार में न तो आते हैं , न आ सकते है .पूरा जीवन दर्शन टुकड़ों में ही हमारे समक्ष आता है .उसे जोड़ते तो हम ही है .
टूटा हुआ बचा कर रखना ,सम्भाल कर रखना .नई रचना के लिए वही आधार होगा . जो कुछ टूट गया वह सब ब्यर्थ चला गया , यह विचार सही प्रतीत नहीं होता .

न हीं जीवन शुभ्र कोरा कागज होता है की एक दाग लग जाने भर से उसे रद्दी की टोकरी में फेंक ही दिया जाये .

I love seeds. I protect seeds. I will give all that is mine for seeds.
I love tomorrow. To-day is gone.Yesterday had gone long long ago.
Only seeds are the hopes of tomorrow.
If I succeed in protecting the seeds, their germinatablity, their sproutabilty , their inner creativity and readiness to sacrifice their own self for tomorrow, I will have endless chain of rosy tomorrows.
Even if I go, tomorrows will always be there.
I live in today but for tomorrow.

Having suffered a complete identity loss ,a loss of respect of all kinds and having experienced imminent threat to my bare existence , I am to-day relieved after a continuous journey of 43 years- a journey where I learnt how to run a run for 43 years without any back up-only out of sheer determination within
I will not leave half way.
I am not in a war between winning it or losing it.
I will not allow this war to terminate- it will be always continued till my last breath .
Why I should concede any thing to any one ?
I know that I must fight even if I fee that I have been left alone without any arms.
I will fight tooth and nail.
I always fight whole-heartedly, head - heart and soul.
If you get me as your friend , companion , guide , teacher , it must be your achievement.
If you fail to get me as that,I can feel sad for you.
But then my journey shall go on for ever - never for my own self but for you all.
I will walk another mile every moment .
I will not harm you.
None can harm you so long as I am there.
I will protect you even if it is too risky,even at the cost of minehood.
You and all must live respectfully, with peace.security
