Let not the taxpayer earn a litigation and also pay tax.
Let not the state earn collect taxes to spend them on tax litigation.

Let not the state allow to grow two classes- a politically favoured class who avoid tax in collusion with the establishment and another class of taxpayers who get in the tax net for security and then repent for not choosing the politically favoured class way and are thus penalised both ways.

If state decides to collect taxes, it must collect as per the law and without discrimination from one and all but only as per law.State itself must not encourage tax defaults.Tax default and loan defaults should not be allowed .
