In such circumstances, in view of the provision as contained in Section 43 of the Indian Evidence Act, the judgment of the Sessions Court i.e. Criminal Court is admissible only to show that there was a criminal case between the parties with respect to the suit property. Except this, no other part is admissible in the present suit.
