Ther are professional hazards in every field of human activities.
In order to bring out  the best possible result and to ensure optimum yeild out of the activities these risk flash points must be identified, localised,administered otherwise whole system will be meaningless.
Let us catalogue those flash points that may cause problem to the system if not attended properly.
