Judges
are social teachers and let the lessons flow out of their judgements
based on identifiable pre-determined standards and objective materials.
A judgement once delivered by the judge is no more the property of
judge, now the society owns it , may like it, own it or disown it- any
way the judge has no custody any more over the judgement. He can not
even defend nor he can criticise. He must watch how his judgement is
reared or treated by the society.
