Somehow we should protect our examining,investigating ,diagnosing,preventing,watching,reporting agencies from contamination, pollution, dilution approachabilty , and insulate them completely. We should ensure their strictest freedom and accuracy- come what may . Let the do their assigned work fearlessly without favour or malice. Just put them on the highest social ladder. Teachers ,Judges  curers be the next. Planners can be the next. Executors be the other next down the ladder. Facilitators be the next.
