Administration is like playing chess. You can choose as per your choice and place also as per choice but you are supposed to anticipate moves of your opponent well in advance and be tricky. The pawns on chess board have no emotions, no life and do not move at their own initiative. But real life chess-play has all these. You have to be tricky,sometimes very fast and at another point of time dead slow. (deceptive mode ) Real life chess is more like playing with personalities and emotions. Further you have to find your path ahead.But you are only a relay -player . You do not start the play nor do you end it .The play will go on for ever .
Administration is not always learning or wisdom but always have tricks that have to be played sometimes cunningly and not always fairly. Administration is not fair at all the points at all the times. Administration is the cumulative effect and action spread over a period and has several ingredients wherein fair play may be missing completely at a given point of time. Morality may be found gagged at times. Self serving goals at the cost of others may be the destinations of administrative moves.Uniterility may rule in this field. An atmosphere of fear , depression may be there .Designedly created discomfort zone may be there in some pockets. That is the area of administration.

Those with learning and wisdom may not be good administrator  . Good judicial minds cannot be good administrators. Administrators cannot be good Judges.

Not all are trained to be administrator. This knack is not taught fairly and this is perhaps a secret strategic art which is not shared freely.
