🤔 Tendency of abusing Judges or harassing Judges : In every court, whether big or small, there is always a small and close group of senior lawyers who consider themselves "Superior".

They also consider themselves "Special" - when they appear in any case, the judge must give them desired and special relief. They expect judges to grant them special favours.

If some judge considers them "equal", such lawyers have problems.

I have seen them in District Court. And in High Court. And in Supreme Court also.

They have  two standard formulas for arguing cases. 1) When they have no case, they abuse advocates appearing against them. And if they lose a case, 2) As soon as they come out from court, they start abusing judges.

In one very famous case, late Justice Kuldeep Singh, laid down a law that, in such events, under contempt law, the court can debar the lawyer from appearing in any courts for six months or more.

But there has been always a problem. Because such lawyers have a small group who immediately comes in to support the erring lawyer and they began to create a number of problems for the judge.

Judges, therefore, so far as possible, avoid friction with such groups.

Strong Bar and Strong Judges, both are necessary for good administration of Justice and Rule of Law
