Our legal and justice delivery system in spite of its shortcomings and imperfectness has proved its robust health, goodwill , extent , reach , show and performance at a level much more than satisfactory to all and responding as and when required to respond. It has overcome several shortcomings and traps.
Much more has to be done but not only by the system but by all the stakeholders too .
