Litigants allow their own exploitation in search of a favorable verdict in their favour at any cost and they stop only when the ways are no more open or that they cannot afford the further hunt. Lawyers thrive on this mentality.
A verdict suitable to them is their vision of justice. Law has been a lucrative prey for all the wrong doers.They do not mind another wrong if they can even buy the favourable verdict. There has been instances where they successfully managed the law ,changed the law , got it scrapped because they could not get a verdict of their choice. They manage the executive,legislature and they shamelessly try their hands to manage the courts, History says they succeed more with executive and legislature and seldom but not never ,with courts. They manage various forces active in court procedure and leave the court a poor spectator.
