Almost all the revolutions started the moment justice was denied to those who needed it badly. The thirst for justice is so primary that no order can prevail without a perennial source  and access to justice. A demand for justice can be seen when there are grumblings about pains suffered. Disproportions pains give rise to discontentment and there surfaces the demand for being heard and for redress-al. When a hearing is denied it is the worst type of autocracy. An explanation that something done cannot be undone or that  all that is , is common to all or proportionate  to other frames may be acceptable to some extent but then that explanation must come forward and this is the way to make a show of justice.
