An exercise- A day at a training programme

In order to make the participants of any such exercise feel comfortable and ready for the exercise
 the programme director aims at the following

• Before we come to object introduction let us relax

• Your idea why you are here
• Your weaknesses N strength
• Can you share
•  We will enjoy sharingly
• But then for another 200 days Keep you enter key OK
• Before that we will play with Delete key
• Use refresh key, were ever you feel
• Yes when we start we will scan the Virus
• We 'll locate viruses- ourselves and through colleagues and through instructors
• After those , having been identified we will enter into a sterilising exercise, de-virusing ourselves
•  now we will--CTRL+SHIFT +DEL 
• Delete all that you want to delete to become a judge
• Being a judge means through out your career as a judge you will have to practice judicial aloofness 
• Know you all among your selves
