i20 days of inhouse training for a law graduate to transfom him and groom as a judge

NOW WE ARE HERE, NOT, AND  NEVER THERE
Let us see our job-
A young man aged about 23 t0 33 on an average has been handed over to us to train him as a judge. He along with around similar 200 form a group of trainee judges.
He has to be trained as judge means he is not a judge but has to be groomed as judge.
If he is not a judge right now what he is at this moment.
A student who passed out a few months ago from a college campus?
May be a law clerk working with some firm. Some experience of his work.
AN APP having Some experience of his work.
An advocate.with Some experience of his work.
May have some exposure of some other vocation.
You all had been with your families for all these 23-33 years.

you all read news papers, saw films ,ads,  Tv shows.
You all have suffered several jumps, jerks jolts, actions reactions that we all suffer as a social being.
You all must have witnessed law inplay and actions. Social values in ilmost all its dimensions must have come true to you all, or most of you.
You all may have some sweet tastes or some bitter tastes.Social norms may have hit you this way or that way.
Then you all have been witnessing various branches of knowledge, science and politics.
Religion , faith and belief around you might have been mixed with your blood. Now you are a young man of youth, humming with zeal, perception, idea, dreams, notions, some likings ,some disliking.
With a hand ful of acievement you are here one of around 18000 of Indian judges- that means now you are  लाख में एक ।
No more you are a commonre.
By being here you are now not there,
A say you cannot be ther. That is the first lesson to be learnt by us todat that
NOW WE ARE THERE, NOT, NEVER THERE
