Judging is social liability,an unpleasant and onerous duty to be discharged by state or its sovereign functionaries. It is a stressful experience. In the terms of society it deals with social order and individual dignity. It involves the job of declaring those standards that helps the society to stand high in national and international esteem.A judge examines whether a conduct of an individual brought before him to be judged , is in conformity with the benchmarks approved and accepted by society through state. A judgehas to declare the status of an inveidual vis a vis state.
Though a functionary of state still judge never conspires with state, never fears state and has a duty that none is afraid of anyone, thing, not even state when it comes to getting his right vindicated. But then the judge must ensure that majesty of law and supreme social body state is not dented other wise human dreams shall stand shattered. We, all of us, are part of the society ,  group, institution to grow, live ,prosper, enjoy our resources in a better way, equitable way. Justice for all and for me is my dream. I want protection and want to be protected and i will protect- this is the social dream we all have, and a judge must stand as a guard, sentinel,, army men to protect this social dream, proprtionate protection to all at every cost-let what may come.
