• The foremost vision for the trainer should be - how to insulate them from their independence being robbed away
• Further how to make them think like a judge
• How to trim their body language
• How to inject healthy court manners
• How to face the charged litigants and shrewd professionals
• How to protect the poor, weak under law
• How to insulate them from temptations
• How to train them to plan, manage , and administer
• How to tell what is this judicial system
• How to show them the history of the system
• How to show them the future of this system
