You, me or none can stop a break.If you get broken at any point of time, which is always possible, be sure it is repairable. Rebuilding, reconstruction is always possible. We have been suffering jumps, jerks and jolts but never stopped.No loss howsoever great is so heavy that we cannot bear it, withstand it. Either as an individual or as a group we must learn to with stand the wear and tear of life. Life gets lost but does not put a fullstops to further generations, further evolution. Growth is never ,never stopped. Let us be courageous enough to proceed ahead once more afresh.
The best ever lost is yet to come and the worst losses have their places only in history. Neither present nor future takes a pause  for the losses incurred.
Life is the process of recouping past losses and of making provisions for future. Present is only a bridge across the past and future . Life is a journey from past to future through present to make future happier then ever before.  Old only replaces itself
