The Indian judiciary needs to be faster in delivery of judgements, especially to respond to the aspirations of young India. The young India is impatient and if impatience leads to intolerance then it is not a positive sign. The country is poised for taking centre stage in a world of full challenges.Indian Judiciary, with a bit of introspection within and responsiveness to the masses and may be with... a bit investigation and inspection towards the manipulative and secured elite may win the further confidence of Young India

Contemporary Studies points at the concept of elected judiciary especially when Indian federation is both devolutionary and revolutionary.

Such propositions cannot be thrown without examining them

Terrorism, inter state crimes, cyber/economic crimes would need to be addressed by the Judiciary with real concern for law, liberty, loyalty.Judiciary must meet regularly beyond elite courts to address these issues collectively, by upgrading its learning, skill, strategy and measurable output in terms of public esteem with sense of accountability and perform as an Institution as per predictable certainty and rise above whim or subjectivity.

Our constitution appear to be working more actively now then ever before consolidating its UNION format, a persuasive union. An assertive union is coming forth.

Judiciary in India must be coolly ready for national and international challenges coming ahead
