UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Issue notice.
Pending further orders from this Court, the
petitioner shall be permitted to appear in the
forthcoming examination for direct recruitment to
the cadre of District Judges/ Additional District
Judges at his own risk. The result of the
petitioner shall however be kept in a sealed cover
to await further directions from this Court.
Dasti, in addition, is also permitted.
