๐Ÿค” "All Judges have one "common mind". If you hurt one judge, you get hurt by another judge".. Know how not to practise law. The subject called "How not to practise law" is not taught in law colleges. One learns this in school of experience and some times pays very high fee for this knowledge. We elders have learned these lesson by paying high fees. A time will come when you may get too much involved in cause of your client. And then you forget compulsions which a judge has in dealing with the case. You hurl some words that hurt the judge. Or you may do some foolish act. The judge may say nothing to you at that time. But all judges have got one common mind. So eventually you will be punished by some other judge. I recently heard an audio book titled "How not to practise law". I realised my mistakes. But this was at fag end of my career I found solace in Lord Buddha. He says suffering gives us opportunity to purge from our sins and to become a better person. I hope that by some of my sufferings, I will be able to purge from my past. I write this post for law students and young lawyers so that they do not make similar mistakes.
